3. How do I search for my product?
We list our products in their various category heads on the home page; you can search for the individual category head and look out for your required products there.
We have a search option that can be used for a refined search, by using key words to reach a particular category.
While you are browsing for your product, don’t forget to check out all the options, in color, fit, styling and prints.
4. I need help for out of stock/size/option products
It is quite possible that we may run out of stock for your desired product, or its size or option. In such case, please feel free to contact us by writing an email at [email protected] or call us on our toll free number 1800 425 1998.
5. Register with us
You can order your product online using our website as a registered user.
If you are above 18 years of age, and a first time visitor to our website, we recommend that you register yourself with us. Please add your personal details carefully like name, e-mail Id, mobile number and delivery address, this will enable your product to reach you on time.

6. Ordering
Select a product category and lookout for the following
Fabric / Color / Style / Length / Fit, please refer our size guide for the right fit and size.
Once the product moves to the shopping cart, check the final price once more and look out for “MuftiShpere” point redemption option. Redeem those points that you have earned in the past at this moment. You have an option to choose the number of points you may want to redeem. Check for the available points in ‘’My Account ‘’ and redeem the same by choosing ‘’MuftiSphere Points’’ on the mode of payment page. Once you complete the redemption process the balance payment if any can be made by the other mode of payment option from Credit / Debit cards and or Internet banking options provided by the payment gateway. You can pay us using Payu / PAYTM payment wallets as well.
This will conclude the process of placing your order. As a confirmation, we will send you an Email regarding the same on your registered email id with us. You can check the status of your order and related delivery schedule in “My Account”
During the entire process of placing your order, if you have lost internet connection or encounter any other delay in the process, please feel free to write to us about the same on our email id [email protected] and or call on our toll free number 1800 425 1998 for support.
7. Do I have Cash on Delivery option?
Currently we don’t offer Cash on Delivery as an option.
8. What are the payment options?
We have an electronic gateway to facilitate the payment. You can use all leading banks Visa / Master / Amex credit and or Debit cards. We also have internet banking options if you would like to use that.
9. How can I alter my order once placed?
Once you place an order, we don’t have an option of editing that particular order. You will not be able to add or remove products from your order. You do have an option to raise another order on us, if you want to add or remove any products. Don’t forget to cancel your earlier order if changed.
10. How do I change my address for delivery?
If you are a registered customer with us, we offer you an option to get your delivery to any desired address while closing the order.
Once an order is placed, you can’t change the delivery address. If the order has left for its destination as per your order, we can’t change that as well.
You can contact our customer service representatives by dropping us an email [email protected] or calling us at our toll free number 1800 425 1998 for changes, but if the order has been dispatched, we will not be able to change its delivery location.
We will not be able to ship at multiple addresses on one order. Place more than one order, in case you have multiple delivery points for an order.
11. How can I change my delivery date?
Once you have successfully placed your order, we try and deliver to your address within 10 business working days. Our logistic partner will get in touch with you for deliveries, request you to coordinate with them for any specific day, date and or time of delivery that you may desire.
Since this is a third party operation we don’t have an option of directing your delivery schedule
12. Can I place order on phone?
We won’t be able to collect an order over phone. But we will help you, choose your products and any other support that you may need to place an order on us. For this you can call on us on our Toll free number 1800 425 1998
13. After I place my order what next
Once you have placed your order, we will send you an order confirmatory email id. We will start packing up your order and start the delivery process. At every stage of this process we keep you posted on the latest action from our side.
You can track your order on our website by visiting your “My Account” section.
At times it may take us more than 24 hours to update the status on your order, once it is placed.
14. What happens to the amount paid by me using my credit / debit card / internet banking for unsuccessful order?
If for any reason the amount gets debited and we have not confirmed your order, please write to us about the same at our email id [email protected] and or call us on our Toll free number 1800 425 1998 for support. We will help you with placing your order if the amount has been paid to us.
In case the amount is not paid to us for a failed order by your bank, the bank itself will roll back the payment. For this you need to contact your Credit / Debit Card issuing Bank.
In case you want a refund of you amount, and the same has been paid to us, no worries at all, we will refund the amount to you within 7 working days via a Credit to your Credit / Debit card or Internet banking to your Bank account. We have a mechanism to refund your payment the same way that we collected it from you.
15. What happens to my “MuftiSphere” deducted points in case the order fails
No worries about that as well, in case the order is not successful we will roll back the “MuftiSphere” points to your account within 24 hours, once you bring this up to our attention. Please write to us on our email id [email protected] and or call us on our Toll free number 1800 425 1998 and we will take care of the rest.
16. How do I cancel my order?
Simple, go to your “My account” section and select the order that you want cancelled. Please note that you will not be able to cancel the order partially.
If your products have been shipped you, we will not be able to cancel your order.
Refund if any, will be initiated within 48 hours of your order cancellation and refund will be made to you, within 7 working days using the same electronic route adopted by you for payments to us.
17. Can I place bulk orders from “My Account
You cannot place a bulk order using My Account.

18. How do I try the fit and feel of the product I ordered?
Once you receive your order, please try on the same for fit and feel. However please treat the product with care. You need to retain all the labels and packing slips along with the original packing in which the product reached you, in case you would like to return / exchange the product back to us.

19. Is it possible to increase the quantity on an existing order?
This is not possible once the order is placed. However we encourage you to raise another order on us, in case you need anything more.

01. Do I need to register to shop?
Yes you need to register with us as all important order conformations, billing, and deliveries along with the loyalty program MuftiSphere is shared through the registered details. We regularly update our customers about our new seasons launch and also promos during certain period. If you are not registered with us, you may miss out on a great shopping experience during such special times. To become member of MuftiSphere, our loyalty program you need to register with us and claim your loyalty points.

03. Do I need to retype my address every time I place an order?
No you don’t need to do this if you are registered with us. All you need to do is select the address where you want the delivery. You can even have more than one address as delivery point. But at any one time, you can’t raise one order and ask for different delivery locations. For every new delivery location, a new address will have to be chosen or entered.
04. Will I get emails and all marketing emails automatically by registering?
Yes you will start getting these marketing emailers automatically. If you wish to opt out of receiving these emailers, then you can deselect the same from my account.

Payment options
01. Pricing ethos
Mufti retains its right to change its product price without any notice. Product pricing is determined by a number of variables and any one can impact the pricing of your product.
We have your interests in our hearts and will offer our best pricing for the products always. We may run specific product promotion campaigns and or schemes which will impact your purchase price. At the end of the promotion campaign the price may change once again.
We suggest that you register with us and take full benefit of all such promotional campaigns that we may run at any time and we will keep you informed about them.
02. What payment options are available?
Mufti has tied up with an electronic payment gateway offering payments via all leading Credit / Debit Cards offered by leading banks and internet payment offered by banks. At present we do not offer Cash on Delivery
03. Any other charges I need to pay?
Other than the product price and related taxes if any, you don’t need to pay us for anything else. You don’t even have to pay us for Delivery Charges; Delivery charges are on us, free to you.
04. What will happen if my payment fails?
We encourage you to use Credit / Debit Cards to make payments to us. In case the payment fails, please check if you have entered the correct card number, card holder name, CVV number and password along with OTP if any. If payment gets rejected for any reason even after this, please check with your card issuing bank and or internet banking entity for details, as we will not be able to help you.
In case your amount is debited but the order has not been confirmed, no worries, as all such payments, for failed orders are rolled back to you by the bank and or card issuing company. For details kindly contact your bank.

Shipping and Handling
Post Order Processing goods will be shipped within 10 working days there from. Registered Customers can check their order status from the MY ORDER page. Non-registered customers will receive timely e-mails stating their Order Status.

01. How do I track my order?
We will be updating your account once your order has been confirmed. You can trace your order at every stage of delivery right up to your door stop via “My Account”. Log in to My Account and look for your order updates to track the same.
02. I haven’t received my order, what should I do?

Returns policy
01. Will I get a full refund of my order?
If you cancel or return an order, you will receive a full refund inclusive of product and taxes. This is subject to the conditions mentioned below: In case you cancel the order before dispatch.

02. Are there any products that I can’t return?
Products that are used, soiled, altered, dry cleaned and perfumed cannot be returned.
03. Can I return part of my order?
Yes you can return part of your order. all such products that need to be returned need to be have all their labels and packing slips along with individual packaging if any.
However if any product is bought during any special time / scheme /promotion program run by MUFTI special conditions may apply for all purchase during that period.
04. How long will the return process take?
Normally this process takes 10 working days.

Refund is processed in the same MOP (mode of payment) used by you.
