Introduction

At Credo Brands Marketing Ltd. (Mufti), we prioritize your satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day Return and Exchange Policy. By making a purchase on www.muftijeans.in, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions.

Returns & Refunds
1. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a request, follow these steps:

  • Login to your account using your registered details.
  • Click on the "☰" icon and then on the "Orders" tab.
  • Click on "Return/Exchange" located below the delivered order.
  • Select the specific product(s) you wish to return or exchange.
  • For Returns: Select the "Reason for Return" and then the "Refund Method."
  • For Exchanges: Select "Exchange," choose the required size, and confirm the reason.
  • Click on "Submit Request." 
  • Note: To request a return/exchange, you must share a package unboxing video and photos when contacting us. For other queries, email us at support@muftijeans.in.
2. The Exchange Process
  • Stock Availability: Exchanges are subject to size availability. If out of stock, a refund will be processed after the garment passes a quality check.
  • Dispatch Timeline: Once the courier confirms the pickup of your original product, the replacement will be dispatched within 3 business days.
  • Single Exchange: We offer one free exchange per order. Further returns or exchanges are not allowed for products already exchanged once.
3. Return & Exchange Guidelines
  • Window: Initiate requests within 7 days of delivery. Requests after this window will not be processed.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags intact.
  • Rejection Criteria: If a returned product is in poor condition or shows signs of use, the request will be rejected, and no refund will be issued. We reserve the right not to return items that do not comply with our policy.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, special vouchers, and items marked as "non-returnable."
  • Pickups: Reverse pickups are scheduled within 5–7 working days. If two attempts fail, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back.
  • Handover Policy: Please do not hand over any additional items to the shipping partner during pickup. For additional returns, contact Customer Care to arrange a separate pickup. We are not responsible for the refund of unaccounted products lost in transit.

  • Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For COD orders, a non-refundable charge of Rs. 99 will be deducted from the refund
4. Self-Shipping
  • If your PIN code is non-serviceable, please courier the product(s) to:

5. Refund Process
  • Inspection: Once received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Method: We are unable to issue refunds through cash or cheque.
  • Timeline: Approved refunds will be credited within 7–10 working days.
  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds are sent to the original payment source.
  • COD Orders: Refunds are initiated via a link shared with the customer. Ensure bank details are correct; they are final once the link is redeemed.
  • Third-Party Apps: Allow 2–3 billing cycles for refunds to reflect on credit cards or apps like Simpl and LazyPay.
  • Bank Statement: Look for a refund from ‘Mufti’ or ‘Credo Brands Marketing Ltd’.
6. Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order, please email support@muftijeans.in. Your cancellation request is dependent on your current order status and cannot be processed once the order is dispatched.

Disputes: All disputes are subject to the laws of the Sovereign Republic of India and will be settled under Mumbai jurisdiction.
