Return Policy

INTRODUCTION
  • At Credo Brands Marketing Ltd. (Mufti), we prioritize your satisfaction with our products. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7 days Return Policy. By making a purchase on www.muftijeans.in, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms and conditions, agreeing to adhere to the specified return policy clauses.

RETURNS & REFUNDS:
  • 1. Apply for a Return:

      To initiate a return, follow these simple steps:

    • Access your account using your registered mobile number and enter the OTP or use your registered email address and password.
    • Click on "My Orders" and then select the "Returns" tab.
    • Choose "Create a new return" and proceed to select the order ID associated with the product(s) you want to return.
    • Select the specific product(s) from your order that you wish to return.
    • Select the reason for return and condition of the received package.
    • Click on the "Submit" tab and your request will then be processed and approved.
    • If you prefer, you can also initiate a return by reaching out to us:

    • Write to us at ecommerce@mufti.in, or
    • Call our helpline at 1800-266-8384, mentioning your order number and providing a brief reason for returning the product(s).
  • 2. Return Process:

    • Additional non-returnable items:
    • - Gift cards / Special Vouchers / Special Schemes / Coupon.
    • - For additional products that are not returnable, it is mentioned in the product description.
    • Product(s) must be unused, and in a resalable condition with all labels and tags intact.
    • Our return policy allows you to start the return process within 7 days from the date of order delivery. Unfortunately, if 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, we are unable to process a refund.
    • Please note that we do not facilitate product exchanges. If you wish to make a change to your purchase, kindly initiate a return and proceed to place a new order.
    • Return pickups will be scheduled within 5-7 working days from the initiation of the return request to ensure a convenient process for you.
    • The courier company will make two attempts to pick up the shipment from your provided address. If they are unable to complete the pick-up, kindly co-operate and send the shipment back to the company address to ensure flexibility and efficiency in handling the return process.
    • Please note that the availability of reverse pick-up services is subject to your area pin code.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • 3. Self-Shipping of orders for Returns:

      In case your pin code is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you'll have courier the product(s) to the following address:

  • 4. Refund Process:

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • The refund amount will be credited to your original source account / bank account (for COD only) within 7-10 working days.
    • If you used a promo code or discount at the time of purchase, you will be credited only for the final amount you paid after using the promo code.
    • Allow 2 to 3 billing cycles for any refunds from credit cards or Third-Party Payment apps (e.g.: Simpl, LazyPay, etc.)
    • If you haven't received a refund yet, first login in your account again and check.
    • If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at ecommerce@mufti.in,
    • Credo Brands Marketing Ltd. (Mufti) is not responsible for any delay caused by third-party interventions.
  • 5. Cancellation & Refund:

    • You can raise a request to cancel your order(s) within 24 hours of placing the online purchase.
    • Cancellations are only possible until the order has not been dispatched.
    • You can cancel your order(s) by following the simple steps mentioned below:
    • Write to us at ecommerce@mufti.in or call our tollfree number 1800-266-8384 within 24 hours of placing the order, mentioning your order number.
    • Once we have received your request from your registered email id (same email id from which the order was placed), we shall process your cancellation request.
    • Kindly refer to the above refund process.

Disputes: are subject to the laws and policies of the Sovereign Republic of India and will be settled as per Mumbai jurisdiction.
