MUFTI PONITS SLAB

  • Any minimum purchase amount qualifies a customer to become a MuftiSphere member.
  • Customers need to register for MUFTISPHERE MEBERSHIP at our exclusive MUFTI stores only.

REGISTRATION

  • Member's mobile number would be his/her unique identification number for the membership.
  • Complete name (first name and last name) mobile number, email and DOB are mandatory for registration in the program. (Anniversary Date & Address with pin code are optional)
  • Customers will receive a welcome SMS on registration.
  • The membership is free. There is no joining fee.

TIER POLICY

  • Each member will have to do a minimum purchase as per their Tier slab in two year, if the member has not met the minimum purchase criteria, then tier will downgrade.

EARNING POINTS

  • Points can be earned while shopping at the Mufti exclusive stores only, Points will not be earned on amounts associated with taxes, exclusions, discount / scheme as defined by the company for time to time.
  • Points should get credited to customer account instantly or maximum within 24 hours according to their purchase value, if they don't get them, please call or email us with their bill & register mobile number on the following details (helpdesk@mufti.in & 022 61417200).
  • You can earn more points if you shop more.
  • All your purchases will get cumulated for bigger rewards.
  • Points cannot be earned for buying gift vouchers.

REDEEMING POINTS

  • Points cannot be redeemed for buying gift vouchers of MUFTI.
  • Members can redeem points from their 2nd purchase onwards.
  • The customer will have to provide registered mobile number to the cashier to redeem their points.

POINTS EXPIRATION

  • Points in any account older than 12 months will expire automatically, and all points in an account terminated by MUFTI - CREDO BRANDS MARKETING LIMITED will immediately expire upon such termination.
